Terms and Conditions – 92 Dada Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Introduction

Welcome to 92 Dada. We are an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Pakistani market. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, references to "92 Dada", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the 92 Dada platform and its operating entity. References to "you", "your", or "player" refer to the individual registering for or using an account on the platform.

By creating an account on 92 Dada, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

92 Dada reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered account holders via email or an in-platform notification before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 92 Dada, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 92 Dada or any connected responsible gaming organisation.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person when placing bets or making deposits or withdrawals.

By registering, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in permanent account termination.

3 Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one account on 92 Dada. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 92 Dada operates a KYC programme in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practices. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following at any point:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered mobile number or email address.
• Proof of your payment method (e.g. screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account).
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in deposits being restricted and withdrawals being held until verification is complete. This is a platform-wide policy and applies to all 92 Dada account holders regardless of account age or VIP status.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 92 Dada will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately via support@92dada.bet.

4 Deposits

92 Dada accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and card methods. The minimum IBFT bank transfer deposit is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed during the deposit process.

• Deposits are credited to your 92 Dada balance immediately for most electronic methods and within 15–60 minutes for IBFT transfers.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 92 Dada does not charge a fee for processing deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds not wagered within 365 days of the last login may be subject to an inactivity review as described in Section 9.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud control that protects both players and the platform.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no platform fee for standard withdrawals. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 30 minutes for standard accounts; near-instant for VIP Gold and above.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 1 hour.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–3 business hours during banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 hours depending on issuing bank processing.

92 Dada reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where unusual activity has been detected on the account. Providing false documentation in connection with a withdrawal request is grounds for immediate permanent account termination and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. If your registered payment method becomes unavailable, contact support to arrange an alternative withdrawal route before submitting a request.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

92 Dada may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional benefits from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms.

• All bonuses are credited in PKR and apply only to the specific games or markets stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from your withdrawable cash balance until any stated wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 92 Dada reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was credited as a result of a technical error or that is being exploited through systematic or coordinated betting patterns.
• VIP Club cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited as withdrawable cash with no additional wagering requirement unless stated.

Attempting to abuse promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account action.

7 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on 92 Dada are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which they are placed. Game-specific rules are available within the relevant game or market on the platform. The following general rules apply platform-wide:

• Bets accepted and confirmed on the 92 Dada platform are binding. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after it has been submitted.
• 92 Dada reserves the right to void bets that were accepted due to a manifest pricing error. In such cases the original stake will be returned in full.
• For sports betting, if a match or event is postponed before it commences, all pre-event bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets on events that have commenced may be settled based on the score or status at the time of postponement depending on the specific market rules.
• RNG games use independently certified random number generation. The outcome of any single game session cannot be influenced by any factor external to the certified system.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical card deals, dice rolls, or wheel spins conducted in real studio environments. 92 Dada is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that affect participation in a live game.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed on the bet interface before confirmation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92 Dada. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own details or false identities.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a verifiable technical error are not payable.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, particularly in multiplayer games such as Ludo.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or deposit limit that has been set on your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 92 Dada staff through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension, Closure, and Inactivity

92 Dada reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support@92dada.bet. A request to close an account as a responsible gaming measure will be actioned within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be reviewed and returned to the registered payment method subject to standard KYC checks.

Inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. 92 Dada may apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 50 per month to inactive accounts after the 12-month period. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied and will have the opportunity to reactivate their account by logging in.

10 Responsible Gaming

92 Dada is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity and expenditure. These tools are available to all account holders at no charge and their use does not affect your account standing or VIP tier.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Reminders: Receive on-screen reminders after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 92 Dada platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, software, text, images, and data feeds – is the intellectual property of 92 Dada or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any 92 Dada content without prior written permission. Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the platform is prohibited. Any unauthorised use of 92 Dada intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

92 Dada provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92 Dada's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92 Dada is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

• Interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's side.
• Device or software malfunctions not caused by 92 Dada's platform code.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Any decision made by a player in reliance on information provided on the platform that the player chose to interpret as advice.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Privacy and Data

92 Dada collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving the platform.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required. 14 Changes to These Terms and Conditions

92 Dada may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes – meaning changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations – registered account holders will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the revised terms take effect.

If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may close your account before the effective date of the change. Continuing to use the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 92 Dada holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration in the first instance.

For disputes related to bet settlement, the decision of 92 Dada's trading team is final in the first instance, subject to a formal review request submitted to support@92dada.bet within 30 days of the disputed settlement. Review requests submitted after 30 days may not be considered.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
